I have rang up every morning this week for a appointment. You cant get through. A man comes on the answerphone in the most abrupt manner saying all our staff are currently busy. When they finally answer one receptionist in particular speaks to people in the worst manner possible. Always the same one with the same attitude saying we have no appointments ring back Monday. I have rang all week and by the time you get through then she says no appointments. If what ever is wrong with you is bad It will probably be too late because you cant get an appointment to be seen and run tests since covid. The thing is whenever you go past the place is completely empty! Feel so sorry for all these people who now have advanced illness that cant be helped because drs like this refuse to see them. THIS IS WHY A&E and the walk ins are bursting at the seems because the DRS are empty! And when you ask why? they still say covid protocol! God help us because no one else will. I wouldn't usually rant like this but people are dying unnecessarily because of what they are doing and going along with and nobody is doing a thing about it!

Received poor patient care from a Dr Sujeeth Mangarai, in my experience he was uninterested in patient care and has failed to send a prescription to my local pharmacy.
