I'm very, very phobic of dentists (asperger's so the sensation is unbearable). Also, my 'regular' dentist who I see once a decade has gone majorly downhill into a cowboy operation, so I was even more nervous about going to a small-ish local surgery. Don't let the size / location fool you; Hillfields Dental Surgery are pros. I had a scale & polish, and a filling replacement. The injection for the filling replacement was almost completely painless! I did not know this was even possible. The dentist was very calm & welcoming, procedure was completed with no problems and the filling itself looks fantastic (more importantly, I can chew & brush again without wincing). Will definitely be back for regular checkups, and will choose this surgery when I'm finally ready to have my front tooth filling (accounting for half the tooth) converted to something more permanent.

Very poor customer service, very rude, impolite and unexperienced person working in the customer service. I been registered for 6 years made an appointment for my wife, waiting for the appointment 15 days, arrived only 2 minutes late. She cancelled my appointment and wanted to book me another appointment, never making another one. Very rude.

Have been in pain for some time, dentist gave me antibiotics just in case of infection. Today went for follow up. I needed root canal. I AM A WUSS! He numbed me , let me sit in waiting room and removed the nerve. CANNOT thank Samir enough! I told him he works miracle’s! I used to sit and cry in the waiting room for a check up!! That’s how much of a wuss I am. I have known some dentists who were not so caring! This guy is a genius!!!
