We had a lovely lunch today of Korean burger and a cheese and chutney bap. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection and to top it off the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Both members of staff who we saw (Georgia and Rose) were very cheerful and couldn’t do enough to help us (we asked for extra coleslaw on one plate and onion rings instead of chips on another in some establishments, this is treated like it’s a bit of a chore!). The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm despite the busy lunchtime and when staff are happy in their workplace, it is very obvious to customers; it was very evident today that the girls were experienced and happy and wanted us to be too! Well done Hillfield Farm!

Another family Birthday meal for 22 people at hillfield farm for 2nd week running excellent meals and service 2nd to none well looked after by staff Sarah and Lewis bar staff and all kitchen staff ,would highly recommend to hold any special occasion there

Food has definitely gon down hill since we last visited. There was some confusion over orders.we ordered a kid's menu of carrot sticks and cucumber sticks. With tomato sauce. And ended up with a plate of carrot sticks and mayonnaise. Presentation of food was not the best .my burger was laying it on it's side in the middle of the plate on top of chip's. Even though it is a cheaper family pub to eat at .you still expect a decent level of quality and service. The staff were friendly and polite. But very young perhaps it works out cheaper for the pub to hire younger staff. Unfortunately we will not be returning in the foreseeable future.

Victoria and the team were exceptional as always when we visited yesterday lunchtime. Even though it was a busy lunchtime and Victoria was inducting a new member of the team she still had the time to check everyone’s meals were good and each table had everything they required all around us!
