We've used Hillcrest twice now, once to fix a broken pipe, and once to install a new bath. On both occasions Garry was very quick to respond, did an excellent job, charged a fair price, and had great communication. Leak detection undertaken. Gary found a tricky leak using specialist equipment. I was very concerned and anxious about the damage being caused and that the tiles in my bathroom would have to be removed. Gary did an outstanding job pinpointing the leak and repairing. Fantastic emergency response due to non accessible toilet. Gary stopped the water and came back later in the week and fixed. Gary promised that he leaves no trace of being there and fixed the issue that is apparently widespread across the early phase 1 properties in Holborough Lakes. True to his word and should have been employed by Berkeley in the first place to ensure this never happened in the first place.

I had a leaking iron external sewer pipe that was leaking. Gary advised me of the large task facing us as it was caused by a blockage and no access points to clear it. I agreed the quote to renew the 70 year old pipe. The replacement was professionally completed with maintenance entry points to help with blockages in the future. Will be definitely using Gary again. Very experienced and to the point. Gary didn't accept the DIY advice from my brother who asked about using cf1?? After using cheap plumbers and learnt my lesson, I'm happy with the work and feel at ease!
