This used to be a good post office but changes were made several years ago, staff were lost and the service went downhill. The post mistress seems to get easily distracted and is prone to making mistakes so best not to talk to her while she's doing her thing. It gets very busy there at times and it's really too busy for just one person to handle. She is very slow too which doesn't help and really doesn't cope well with pressure. She is quite friendly though when not stressed. 21/5/2023 Since the above review there has been another change of staff. They say you don't miss what you have until it's gone. This place is appalling, staff are rude and ignorant and seem clueless as to what they are doing. EVERYTHING is too much trouble. I personally walk the extra 10mins there and back to use Great Bridge Post Office, the difference is chalk and cheese. To all the staff of Hill Top PO, if you can't be bothered then why not do us all a favour and go away?

I went in post office today and draw £200.00 pound off my moms post office card she tried to scam me and give me £100.00 so I counted the money in front of her and there was only £100.00 on my receipt it said £200.00 and she turned around and said I gave you twenty’s has well ten’s please do not trusts this post office at all they tried to rob you out of money and I will report them

To be frank, the staff do not care about customers, they were serving myself and the phone rang, they then had a 6 minute conversation and left me standing there, and complained when i told them i needed to hurry up or be late for work
