Our cottage rental includes amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. We also provide outdoor seating and a grill for your use.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights. During peak season, there is a minimum stay requirement of three nights. We do not have a maximum stay requirement, so you are welcome to enjoy our cottage for as long as you'd like.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires a 14-day notice prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged for one night's stay.

Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

We do require a refundable security deposit of $100 at the time of booking, which will be returned to you after your stay provided there is no damage to the property. We also charge a cleaning fee of $50 per stay.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to access the property once your booking is confirmed. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Please ensure that you leave the cottage in the same condition you found it in, and return the key to the lockbox upon your departure.
