Disappointing service. Calling to book an appoitment means being put throught to the reception who tell you that the relevent person is "not in the office" and that you will get a call back from them. Fair enough you think..... however you do not get a call back and this happens every time you call (ive called 3 times this week always between 9am-5pm to be told that the relevent person is out the office). They are office based so I am unsure 1-where there are out the office and 2- why i do not recieve a call back??? suggested resolution from Hill Crest reception- See your GP or call the crisis team - (GP) A visit to my gp entails a prescription for more medication and told to book an appotment with the mental health team. I can see the frustration in the GP about my return visits for the same problem (Crisis Team) check im not about to commit suiside then refer me to the hill crest. This whole procedure needs to be rethought. How is it that there is no diary system that can be used to book a patient in and why is there never anyone in their office at Hill Crest!!???
