Absolutely disgusting care of residents. They are force feeding a poor lady with dementia to eat meat. When she is vegetarian. They are completely incompetent and DO NOT clean or show any dignity towards the residents. Ignore all complaints. Look at the state of her feet. This is what they deem acceptable. DO NOT send your loved ones here .

Be careful if you have a relative suffering from dementia they may out of the blue make that person homeless by sending them unnecessarily to hospital then refuse to have them back. No consultation with relatives despite the fact the person was visited each week. Total shock with their treatment of my 95 year old relative. Worse still there is no one who really cares about our complaint. The local MP has been brilliant. Don't trust these people to care for a loved one suffering from dementia. The management read from a script and don't care at all about the distress they have caused to an old man and I witnessed his distress. Nursing staff at the hospital tell us that so long as you take time they have no problem with my relative and cope easily. Don't trust them if you care about your relative
