This is the second time I have used Hilderbrands and on both occasions have found them to be professional yet friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Most recently they moved me from Canterbury to Essex, from a 5 room house into a 1 bedroom granny annex. Some of my belongings had to go into the annex while others were moved into the main house or into the garage. Paul and James made sure to double check on what went where and could not have been more helpful. While they are very good at their jobs, they are also very thoughtful and kind, aware that moving is a stressful business. Their calm and ordered approach helped enormously to make the whole process less overwhelming. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were hugely appreciative of the removal service provided by Hildebrands. We had a challenging move from our 4 bedroom house to another part of the country. Chris and Aaron were brilliant over the 5 day move. They could not do enough for us. They were extremely efficient and patient and worked tirelessly throughout our move. This involved travelling to our new home on two consecutive days and moving our furniture into a townhouse with 2 flights of stairs to manage. This was physically very demanding and they showed great skill in manoeuvring our furniture up the stairs. Many thanks to Chris and Aaron!

I would really recommend Hilderbrands. Our office move was originally planned for April 2020 but because of the lockdown it had to be put on hold at the last minute. Hilderbrands were really understanding and as soon as I had the green to go ahead in June, they managed to fit us in with just a few day’s notice. Karol and the rest of the guys who carried out the physical move were just as efficient, friendly and professional as the office team I had contact with.
