I booked an appointment before my holiday. On the day I turned up for my appointment about 5 mins early with the shop closed with no one inside. I called both numbers and waited for 15 mins but heard nothing so I left. It was disappointing, I would’ve preferred if my appointment got cancelled that I would’ve been notified.
