Terrible service Dragged their heels for 18 months in 'gathering evidence' to determine whether or not to proceed with a medical negligence claim and then dropped very abruptly via a short impersonal email. 'Led on' to believe chances very high of success with outcome. Unacceptable and inappropriate response times to gather information, process and make decisions. Calls and emails not returned, chasing own medical notes and doing legwork. Very unreachable and unreliable, poor consideration shown for a family already enduring a very difficult and distressing time.

Poor quality of service, often chasing my own evidence , lack of communication throughout various people leaving without letting me know who were handling my case, I was told that my case was strong and i had 8ndeed proved that I could win , and waited a long time just to be told that I won't win by someone else, stay firmly away, I shall be following this up with a formal complaint qnd notifying the ombudsman

Proving to be rather unprofessional with the lack of communication my case is due in front of a panel soon and absolutely no correspondence since I signed with them. Facebook posts get deleted and short snappy replies via messenger. Zero calls back and no emails to let me know what's going on. So unreliable. GUYS GO ELSEWHERE. EDIT* MY NUMBER WAS NOT POSTED ON FACEBOOK THIS IS A BLATANT LIE TO JUSTIFY REMOVING MY COMMENT. Re edit I've since reposted and been blocked/banned from the page it show their lack of customer service. Terrible terrible experience

BENT SOLICITORS - FACT! A case was fabricated by Paul Reay and is now being investigated by the Legal Ombudsman. Even the claimant stated Mr Reay had completely lied in order to win a case! They can now face 7 years in prison! DO NOT USE, THEY WILL GET YOU IN TROUBLE!!

This company have been working on a claim of mine since 2012 at the begining was going well then as soon as my solicitors started changing its all started slowing down LOADs.. my solicitors been changed for the 3rd time now everytime they change seems to put them back even longer as the amount of files they have to go throught takes months and months so this wastes time (and obviously makes them more money as they charge hourly)..They can be very hard to get hold of not in the office much and have to keep calling for updates or dont get any... i just wish they would be honest with the expected time scales and not mislead me.. sad to say i dont think i would use again of needed in the future (if my claim ever gets sorted)
