Quick delivery of the paddle board, unfortunately we had a minor issues on day 1 out of the box with the bag, day 3 we had an issue with the pump, full credit to Elliot & the team for resolving these issues immediately and posting them to our holiday home too, the family and Bodhi the dog love the Hiks paddle board.

I spoke to Elliott for advice on what board to get as a complete beginner. The knowledge was second to none, the customer service standards are impeccable. After placing the order I was emailed when it would be delivered, a set back with the import of the boards meant a delay, email from Hiks keeping me fully informed and the board was delivered as promised with a little thank you gift in. The board and equipment is of a really high quality, the build quality is so good and the price was really competitive. Can’t wait to get it on the water but I would defo recommend Hiks to anyone wanting info on paddle boarding.
