Avoid this company at all cost. Unethical and fraud company. They delivered to me the medicine for children which has only less than 2 months left until the expiry date. No warning beforehand. I would have returned if it had not costed me more than £6 to get my order shipped.

I purchased a kettle few months ago and the service was excellent. It arrived on time packaged very well. Unfortunately I had to contact Hi House as it had become damaged. They were brilliant I just sent some pictures of the corroded kettle and a replacement was sent straight away. Will definitely use them again

Second delivery (within a week) dropped off today from hihouse, orders have been spot on and dispatched quickly. Also love how you can track your delivery with the dpd courier. With 5 cats and 2 dogs to feed I'll definitely be ordering again with the super low prices. Shame they don't do rat food I could of got it all together 😄
