We used Paula McGeown to apply for an Australian visa. I have asked several times for a confirmation of our application but never received any. After six months I have called the Australian government to check whether they received our application. They had never received it.... I would suggest not to use this agency and look elsewhere if you want to be sure you application is lodged!
