Went here last Thursday NEVER again, with stroke group experience ruined by member of staff MICKKY incapable of talking to me because I was not within his his eye level apparently because I am in a wheelchair, despite me telling him 3 times I was capable of speaking for myself and not the person pushing my wheelchair .I suggest he has lessons in customer service as despite being told he still continued to make me feel like I was invincible and unimportant Avoid this place like the plague if you're in a wheelchair However to be fair in the plant department I managed to have a conversation about plants with a pleasant member of staff I think he was called Andy Which led me to buying some nice lavender plantsSorry forgot to add I ordered the gammon for lunch but was told it was unacceptable so opted for the soup.which had had never even seen a vegetable and was supposed to come with crusty bloomer bread but instead was cheap white bread I was very disappointed as I could have had a better cup a soup at home, but this cost me over £5
