Truly evil people, they threw all of my belongings away from outside my flat, I understand that from a health and safety perspective however no opportunity to collect them was given to me because they were deemed "not of value" - so my son's skateboard, two rugs and a chair, and £100 worth of art paper isn't of value? How rich are these people? To me it was worth a lot, and I can't afford to buy my son a new skateboard. I'd have collected it immediately if it was stored, and paid the fees. But chucking it is disgusting. It's been so upsetting, and Hightown have no heart or empathy at all, no understanding, just a robotic "we threw it in the tip". Let karma find it's way to you.
