Called up yesterday (23rd December!) after realising we were about to run out of oil. they said we would be prioritised but we were expecting at least a week. Our oil was topped up today (24th December) - great service especially the time of year. Friendly team to speak to as well. Would highly recommend.

Awful service. Perhaps we were unlucky. Told we would get a delivery on a certain date. It didn't turn up. The following day we asked what happened, they said they would investigate and then call us back. They didn't call back. We chased the order again. They then told us the delivery would take at least another 2 to 5 days (though at this point we had already waited longer than we had been told it would take) - but could not guarantee when exactly. We asked for a refund. No real apology and 2 days to refund our credit card. Appalling all in all.
