Amazing service after a mechanical on our first day riding in Torridon. Highland bikes squeezed us in to get us back riding again. Couldn’t recommend enough. Well stocked shop, excellent mechanic and helpful staff.

Having recently moved to Inverness with my fairly new mountain bike with fancy electronic gears, they all of a sudden stopped shifting properly this week with no signs of what could be causing it... 2 days before a bike trip. Every bike shop in Scotland at the moment is completely booked up and I have only been in the shop once before to buy a shock pump. Steven confirmed as much but said he'd be in until 5:30 and to bring it in and he'd see what he could do. Needless to say my bike is now sorted and I am extremely grateful to the guys for helping me out in a sticky spot! Great folk and a great shop.

Travelling around Scotland and my bottom bracket was loose. I was informed it needed tightening and a new left crank arm should be fitted which I agreed to. If I'm correct, and the only thing that was needed was a tightening of the bottom bracket and a new left crank arm, GBP 42 was too much.
