I’ve given up with this gym now! No staff ever available to talk to and if you find someone they tell you to go look online or call and then you go through to call centre abroad! I also recently got a parking ticket even though my permit was clearly displayed in the window this took weeks to sort out! Saunas have now been moved and you have to walk through the swimming pool to use them, they are also now unisex, not everyone is comfortable using unisex saunas! It’s supposed to be time out coming to the gym or going swimming but the lack of customer service here or care they have for customers is not ok!

Highgrove pool is good , but pls be careful when you park there ,,, my car got broken into and they stole my car stereo and and phones ..... And my purse which were not in visible place ...there is CCTV but doesn't cover the full car park ...so just please be careful thanks ...
