I ordered a bed and within 2 days the bed was delivered and fitted and looks amazing. The customer service was great and The attention to detail is very good, it's really comfortable nd I would highly recommend this company as I will definitely order 2 more beds for my other rooms would give 10 stars if it was allowed.

Imagine your bed being broken upon delivery, having to deal with their customer service was bad enough but being blamed and called obese? That's where I draw the line. I am a supple 160kg... I don't understand how a double bed can be broken from just that weight. If I wanted to be fat shamed, I would go to church. Never using them again🤬

Sent me a bed on FB marketplace that looks nothing like the pictures - as well as delivered the wrong size cage so for a week I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Today, which is Saturday the 22nd they’re supposed to be sending a new headboard and footboard because the ones they delivered are low quality and absolutely terrible, no one is answering the phone, or even giving me a timeslot, this was supposed to arrive last week and it’s still radio silence. I’ve bought this bed on the 8th of October and this is still to be resolved. So they came to pick up their stuff from the old bed, gave me new headboard and footboard.. headboard has defect, They ran off. I’m now going to be calling the police as I’m done with this - could’ve told me there’s nothing they could do or just give me my money back and take the whole thing but instead decided to just leave. I asked several times to just have my money back because I didn’t want the bed anymore.
