Waited on hold for 2 hours in the morning and then 2 hours in the afternoon for a very urgent phone appointment. When I finally got through the woman was extremely unsympathetic and said they had an issue with the phone lines and that all appointments are gone so there is nothing she can do. Extremely useless, despite the urgency of the situation.
