Been 3 times in the last 2 days, at various times. Queuing for ages first day in the open air and in the cold. Queue never moved in 25 minutes. Gave up. Went back today at 7.50 am, doors open at 8. The queue was longer than yesterday. Didn't wait. Just been again at 9.30, queue even worse. Still not had it done. This is not a dig at the hardworking NHS staff, but this level of service is unacceptable. This centre now caters for every surgery in Widnes, so it's no wonder it's swamped. Wouldn't be so bad if you could wait inside socially distanced, but to have people waiting outside in all weathers is disgraceful. Not happy.

Got there at 10.00 to see a line of elderly stood out on the rain and told they've been waiting for an hour and they've ran out of tickets. Had to get a taxi to st helens so I offered the old gents a ride and back. Ridiculous to leave them standing in the rain for an hour.
