I've just moved to this surgery. Was pleasantly surprised by the courteous lady at the reception. I am used to blase and unfriendly personnel in medical centres, and here she got me a telephone appointment with a doctor on the same day, even though I was there around noon, and only registered with the surgery the day before.

Such kind, empathic and supportive Doctors and Nurses. Regularly checked in when I've had breakdowns. Always follow through with what they say.
