Great holiday park with good facilities for eating drinking and entertainment. Nice pool area and an outdoor flume. Went out of school holiday season so not very busy but plenty to see and do. Location was the only thing good about this place. Static caravan was dirty, had to clean everything in the kitchen as dried food on every counter and plates and cutlery. ANTS EVERYWHERE! Made worse by the fact that we got a note in our pack about ants being everywhere yet no prevention measures in place to deal with or control them. Couldn't prepare food, couldn't even leave the coffee jar or sugar in cupboard because the ants would cover them! Had to leave things in the car! Kids were upset with ants everywhere, over there bags and toys to! So angry. Hated our stay. Rude staff in the arcade when you asked for help with machine. And the fish n chippy was a joke, paid almost £5 for a large chips and received approx 25 chips (god knows what a mall would be... 10?) Disgusted. Parkdean... never again!!!!

Walked in to half cleaned caravan, slime left over sofa, sofa broken. Bathroom stank of damp, a leak in the kitchen, ripped bed sheets. The list is endless. Complained before leaving a review but they wasn’t interested, tried to offer a good will gesture of an amount that wouldn’t even cover a drinks round for a family of 5. Not impressed with our stay at all.
