Absolutley Shocking, considering just accepting a loss of £15 with the course, almost impossible to get through one module because the questions and answers are silly and they don’t allow you to resit before going through part of the module again. Never had such a poor training course ever!

This learning platform is poorly made... When doing a assessment and finished a topic, when you click continue to get answers you will stay on the same page and you have to close the page, do the whole topic again just to have the same issue. I've done a number of virtual first aid's before and this is by far the worst. If you are looking for a platform for your company, I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!

In fact it's -5 stars review that's minus 5 stars ..I did an 4 week security and first aid and sia course with these guys and finished it November 2021 7 months later May 2022 and nothing, still no paper work ,no certificates constantly chasing them up , only to be told you should not be contacting us you should be contacting the provider , we'll they don't have the coursework to be marked you guys do , lots and lots of excuses and blame put elsewhere , absolute joke and costing me money as I'm turning down work due to no Sia Badge ...stay away

Personal license course taken. Unimpressed if I'm honest. Poor descriptions, confusing drag and drops (mainly due to the poor explanations) and questions at the end of each module that aren't addressed in the module! More worryingly, these courses are the basis for people then going on to take an exam in that field - I have to sit an exam having been through this course. I am certainly not confident about my upcoming exam!
