Lewis Hanley - Recruiting Royalty I reached out to Lewis as I was looking for a new opportunity within recruitment and boy did he deliver. Lewis primarily works the graduate market but he’s also fantastic at helping experienced recruiters find their next move. Within just over a week of working with Lewis he’d organised three interviews, with suitable recruitment companies based on my experience. Which then lead to two final interviews and an offer from a company who I’m really excited to start working for. Throughout my short time working with Lewis the thing that impressed me the most was how organised he was.
