Mum and Dad recently had a Stannah 260 Siena stairlift installed by Higher Elevation. "We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from start to finish. Paul Simkins, who came to assess our needs and house, was very informative and answered all our questions patiently and completely. The installation, by Gary and his colleague, was very efficient and we were given careful instructions about operating the chair. The team at Higher Elevation have been fantastic from the moment we first spoke to them. Nash guided my Grandparents through the options and install process answering a long list of questions and putting them at ease. Caroline was super efficient and helpful with arranging payments, the dates for the installation and seat colour options, and the engineer who undertook the works took time to explain how the chair operated along with all of the safety features. I cannot recommend these guys enough and I know that my Grandparents have told all of their friends about how great Higher Elevation are and how painless they made the whole experience. Fantastic Company and Highly Recommended. A* Rated !

Great service, very professional. The initial meeting was very thorough, they were the only company to measure my mother to tailor the chair to her size and ask about how she would use the lift. The installer was very respectful, tidy and punctual. They were not the cheapest but I think we made the right decision.
