    We moved in here in August and everything was renovated, there was a little damp in the living room but they told us it will be fixed. Then the ceiling started leaking, they sent someone out who did nothing just punched a hole in our ceiling. As soon as it was winter and it got colder mold started to spread really badly. We've sent multiple emails, phoned them but we've been ignored since December. Very inhumane and irresponsible as we have a 3 year old who can get seriously ill from this. Disgusting.

    We had several unpleasant experiences with the agents at Highdorn, after renting a flat with them for several years. Highdorn fails when it comes to basic human rights. We were discriminated by the agents because of our sexual orientation. It baffles me how this organisation continues to exist or run. Of course, the Freshwater family are uber rich and powerful, while common people like us are discriminated, with no chance for our voices to be heard.
