Awful service, everything needs to be done via phone (min 1 hour wait) and even calling several times as they only book appointments within the same day. It has taken me 7 days and 3 1-hour calls to receive my blood test results.

If I could give 0 I would. They have messed up on so many occasions this place should be put under investigation. I can't ever get an appointment when I need it. I call first thing to get an appointment and get to 1st in line, then they hang up. They have misplaced medical files and even prescribed medication with peanuts (nasal cream) when I have a severe allergy. If you are looking for incompetence and neglect, look no further!

I was shocked, it was quick to make an appointment with a doctor. The admin staff named Niheed who was very friendly and professional. He understood my situation, probably I was lucky. I don't normally go to GP unless I am very serious illness because I had a very experience with other GP before. Anyway, the doctor was very helpful and efficient. The prescription was issued immediately and obtained it from the local pharmacy easily. Also, the doctor refer me to a hospital to check my body, I am waiting for the results. It was satisfied with the service.

I am very pleased with the services provided me by Mr. Naheed Islam. Naheed is a very nice and friendly nurse, shows genuine care, is gentle with consultation and a lovely chat. My issue was taken very seriously and I feel the staff went above and beyond to cater for my request with professionalism. Always very welcoming and helpful. I am thankful for the efficient and friendly service of Mr. Islam and the clinic. Keep up the good work!

I would give zero star if I could. Please don’t go to this GP. I have an urgent problem, I’ve been calling for three days, twice at day, been in the queue for more than half hour and no appointment has been taken. They are playing with people’s health here.

This review is a warning to others about this GP's service. This GP has built a reputation for being disorganised and losing critical pieces of results from blood tests and scans- due to their negligence and irresponsibility I was admitted in to hospital in life-threatening conditions and received emergency blood transfusions. Whenever I call for a repeat prescription we have to wait 45 mins and when its my turn in the queue they answer it and then immediately cut the call. I am very dissatisfied with their service and plan on changing my main GP. I hope these conditions of Highbury Grange is improved in the future.
