I have constantly tried to contact the college regarding payment for my online course after withdrawing, only to have no reponse to my emails but to recieve 2 final reminder letters. The course itself I studied for 6 months, was okay, however there was mixed communication between various tutors, one telling me something was a pass, for another to say it wasn't. Return time after submitting assignments was varied, the course I was told could take 9 months full-time, however that would be impossible with some delays at recieving assignments back from tutors. There is no clear communications from the College. Please avoid for online courses as if you need to withdraw as I did, they are a nightmare to communicate and deal with.

Only give one star as can’t give none !! Absolutely awful place shocking security. They don’t communicate with each other and try to cover up They don’t lock the bike sheds like stated on the gate between 9:30 and 3 pm Then shift blame when students bikes /scooters locks are angle grinded by thieves in balaclavas!! Twice in few days my daughters scooter was thieved gate left unlocked Took me to drive there as ignored on phone and the head security didn’t no anything about the first theft when it was reported and statements were written ! Just stand shrugging shoulders It’s awful security my daughter does not feel safe at this college and will no longer attend !
