We used Higham Kitchens to make a bespoke kitchen for us. They were fantastic. They were supportive in helping design the kitchen (we changed our design many times), they were flexible on timing as the kitchen was part of a bigger project and their fitters were excellent. At the end I feel I have a high quality product. They are much better priced than Tom Howley but still provided a premium product. Tim Higham is very hands on and promotes a culture of high quality service that filters down to the team. I would definitely use them again if we moved and needed a new kitchen. But also we worked with many companies in our full rebuild project that had good products, but whose service wasn't on par. A big project, where most of our house was demolished and rebuilt. Choosing a kitchen was my main objective. A friend of mine had her kitchen installed by Higham furniture years ago and still looks amazing. I ordered from them in May and my kitchen was installed in 2 days at the end of August. Worktops took a further 7 days after that. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The team from Hampshire ( who handmade the units) to John who manages the project, Tim and Siobhán , who own the company. Oh and Alex who helped me pick my kitchen in 3 hours. Thank you all. I have no hesitation in recommending Higham Furniture. They designed, built and installed my kitchen and it is wonderful. During the design process they listened to our needs and made some great suggestions on what was needed and unnecessary (hence no heavy sell). Amazing attention to detail. Kitchen (handless less shaker) is well made, looks really beautiful whilst also being very practical.
