Really beautiful place especially if your planning on getting married, we got to go to the rocks for free as we were looking at the venue for our wedding. The big downside (wedding wise) is that you do not get free choice of vendors it HAS to be high rocks photographer & cake maker & DJ ect which were highly priced I didn’t end up choosing them to host my wedding
