The worst GP in the world! My son is 6 and seriously not well, they never answer the phone and it’s impossible to get through this had happened several times I don’t think he has ever been able to get an appointment there in 3 years of living in the area! I’ve never experienced such bad service in my whole life. Disgusting

Everytime I call them they say to come back the next day or they have me sitting here for hours when it's for my kids just letting the phone ring! Then there's times I'll be going in and they will say that there is nothing wrong or they can't do anything and to come back in a week if symptoms don't calm down. Absolute waste of time.

Decided today to finally try and leave this doctors surgery. Terrible place to even get seen! If you’re feeling ill they make matters even worse.

Always very helpful and listen to you when you call the surgery. I think it will be a lot better when we can just phone up for a appointment without having to have a telephone conversation first.

Phoned my own doctors and because it was so late they booked me an appointment for here at 9:15pm. We'll, I got seen almost straight away but the doctor was very rude. My son has been throwing up feeds since he was born. Initially we assumed it was because of the tongue tie. He is 4 months and still continues to vomit during and after every feed. I thought maybe he had a cows milk Allergy. The doctor said I'm feeding him too much. He is on 7onz every 3-6 hours. The health visitor told me, if he's hungry, up the onzes not put him on hungry baby. Well, the end result was the doctor rolling his eyes at everything I said making me feel like I've not had kids before (he is my 3rd) and made me feel really small and insignificant. The doctor has put him on baby gaviscon...... let's see if it helps.

I have recently joined this surgery. I have found the staff to be so helpful. Sorted my meds very quickly. I changed from a doctors that was totally rubbish. The ladies here are so lovely. If I could give more than 5 I would. Keep up the fantastic work. But remember you will never please everyone. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
