This was our second visit to this restaurant and what a disappointing experience. The service was unbelievablely slow. Drinks alone took 40 minutes plus and the food over an hour after that. There were only 2 members of staff to run the place on the 8th May bank holiday. Crazy staffing problems. You could see the staff were doing their best but with the best will in the world two people could not run the place effectively with this level of staffing. My meal was OK but my four friends had pretty awful food. To add to this the ladies loos were disgusting!! We will never try this place again or recommend it.

The carvery was delicious but the service was shockingly bad! Grumpy staff and my drink had tissue floating in it when it finally turned up. We've also ordered off the main menu mid week, and the food was fairly poor. Will probably go back for the carvery on a Sunday but not when we are in a hurry.
