After reading the reviews online about the embassy I can understand people’s frustration in booking an appointment and like others it took a lot of patience. After actually getting an appointment I kind of got it as they are extremely busy and perhaps slightly understaffed. In saying that one thing I simply must share is that the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and get issues dealt with, so with saying that I really am thankful to Maria Koulla for all your help during my appointment and think that you are all doing a great job.

I havn't actually been to the Embassy but after contacting for help as I could not get an appointment with VFS . I contacted the embassy and spoke with Apollo . Thank you very much for your help a credit to the consulate Now my partner can make her visa application and we can go to my Son's wedding in Cyprus. We are so grateful
