Nearly 4 months I have been waiting for my passport which was a renewal. I can't get through on the phones, no appointments available, and no acknowledgement of emails. I would have thought in the 10 years from original application, that changes would have been implemented. So that the customer journey is one,that can be spoken to friends and family in a positive light. Knowing that my legal document is out there and no one from the team can respond and state its whereabouts is a risk in itself. Its just a waiting game at this point, I had to travel without it. I'm hoping that by the time my next trip comes around, it will be in my possession.

Honestly where do I start with this place, never dealt with a place that stresses me out more that the Jamaican high commission in London. The customer service is less than poor, I’ve called 20 times in 1 day and when someone eventually picks up the phone they hang up on you. It’s beyond appalling and I pray that after I receive my passport I won’t have to deal with them again.

Terrible Service in the UK. They never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact them regarding my new passport, I just felt something was wrong with no response or progress at all. I called the office in Jamaica for the very first time and they stated that they have been waiting for me to email them to confirm my name. So now this has delayed me getting my new passport, so I guess no travelling this year. They even stated that they’re surprised that the London high commission didn’t tell me that. Advice to anyone from the UK, just call the office in Jamaica because the High Commission in London are completely useless.

Still can't receive my child's passport from January. The office in Jamaica has confirmed that the new passport has been sent to them and they still have not made any contact for me to get it. No one answers the phone...this is ridiculous

The worst customer service I have ever received, completely unprofessional I applied for a passport renewal in January and up until today I have been trying to reach out to them I’ve sent numerous emails no one responds I’ve called them more than 200 times no one answers the phone. The other day in one day I rang 100 times no one picks up there phone ever. I manage to get someone on the phone 1 time and they took my number and said they would call back I have not heard from anyone since. They don’t send confirmation emails to let you know your passport is being dealt with and I have no gone 4 months no passport and don’t know when I will get it.

I Find The People Here Working Very Unprofessional And Rude And Always Sounding Like They Don't Want To Do Their Jobs Pure Attitude And Blunt Replies For No Reason. My Advice Either F Right Off And Find A New Job Or Go And Train Properly To Deal With Customers This Is Not Jamaica And I Am A Born Jamaican And It Was The Worst Experience I Had Over The Phone.
