The chalk hills have provided the perfect place for you to cultivate so carefully your vines. Your sparkling wine vintages live up to their name of Qunitessence ! Your Elizabethan Cuvee is delightful, with scents of roses and elderflower. On the palate it really is a pleasure creamy and full bodied. The home made cheese gougeres were melt in the mouth fabulous We look forward to returning in July for your Art and Sculpture in the vinyard event
