The volume knob of my Mcintosh C49 failed. Mcintosh UK referred me to Hifi healer for the repairing work. Frazer took care of all the communications, payment and i believe he was also the one who repaired the amp as he's so knowledgeable on the questions i have. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them and price is reasonable.

Posting this review for my husband Nick who is a very happy chappie , thank you Frazer ! To all HiFi buffs and the “golden ear brigade “, I have recently discovered this hifi repair and service unit in WGC run by Frazer, a very knowledgeable, competent and friendly young man. My 12 year old Arcam 192 cd player was serviced by Frazer , he did a brilliant job. He has also serviced my Roksan power amp which had a small fault and is now working perfectly. My system consists of Linn Sondek , Linn Adikt cartridge, Vinyl Passion power supply with 33 & 45 rpm , the rest is Rega phono stage , Arcam cd player , Roksan Candy pre and power amps . Speakers are Spendor 5SE , it all sounds absolutely brilliant. So , if you have any old hifi units that need updating this is the place to take them . I can’t thank Frazer enough for all his help in bringing my system up to date
