How much does it cost to rent your party equipment?

Our prices vary depending on the number of teepees and activities required, as well as the location of the party. We offer bespoke packages to suit different budgets, starting from £150.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services for the rented equipment?

Yes, we deliver and set up the teepees and equipment at the chosen location and collect them the following day. Delivery and collection are included in the price within a 15-mile radius of our base in South Cave, Brough.

What is your policy for damaged or lost equipment?

We take a security deposit of £50 which is returned once the equipment has been collected and checked. If any items are damaged or lost, we will deduct the cost of repairs or replacements from the deposit. We always aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

    I originally booked hide and sleep teepee for my daughters birthday in January 2021. Due to covid restrictions and lockdown we were unable to go ahead with the planned dates. Trish was brilliant and very accommodating. As we couldn't go ahead we were able to rearrange our booking for a later date. Unfortunately a few days before the rescheduled date myself and my daughter had both been in contact with covid and had to isolate and u able to go ahead woth the party. Again Trish was fab and arranged a new date for us. On the date of the party set up was brilliant and the little extras were much appreciated. My daughter had an amazing time Thank you

    We hired the rose gold set up, cinema screen, midnight feast, personalised drinks bottle, personalised dressing gown, personalised slippers and personalised sleep mask for our daughters 8th birthday. We also ordered the spa package, which we throughly enjoyed doing. The set up was absolutley wonderful, even as an adult I thought it was totally magical! I would highly recommend the company, and I will certainly be booking again! 😀 xxx

    The teepees for my step-daughter's sleepover party were adorable! They arrived on Friday afternoon and we set them up that evening ready for the party on Saturday night. Setting up everything was so straight forward and we even added some of our own decorative touches. Step-daughter was so excited she sleep in one to 'test it out' the night before the party. All the girls loved them and had a fab sleep. Packing them back up was so simple and having a checklist to ensure all little pieces were put back in the right place was invaluable. Thank you for making a 12-year-old's birthday party such a great memory for them all!
