Attended Hidden Hearing in Croydon as my elderly Dad and myself needed our ears micro suctioned for wax removal . We found the routine very professional from start to finish - the initial booking, the informative way of sending email reminders prior to appointment, and to the ear practitioner Linda who we think is marvellous. She’s a very caring clinician and excellent at her job, with no discomfort from the procedure. We highly recommended for anyone needing this for ear wax removal if and when required.

6 month review was very thorough. Given the cost of a pair of hearing aids it is disappointing to have to pay for filters and domes. They are just as necessary to change periodically as are batteries (which do get supplied free!)
