I visited the Hidden Hearing Centre in Canterbury yesterday to have batteries fitted to my dads hearing aid. Rachel meet me at the door and replaced the hearing aid batteries, at all times she was both professional and kind. Definitely worth a visit if you need hearing or hearing aid care/advice. My wife who is a wheel chair user needed her ears syringing. The access for the wheel chair was good for a building of this age. A slight slope into the front door but this had been done to overcome the original threshold. Double doors meant the opening could be widened if necessary and this was offered by the welcoming and helpful reception/admin staff. The pavements outside are not within the control of this establishment but as any wheelchair user will confirm they are pretty shoddy in just about any town. Faux medieval cobbles are no ones friend. The room in which the procedure was carried out was large and flexible not the usual broom cupboard wheelchair users are often confronted with when trying to access services. So five stars for access. The staff were brilliant. Professional, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and lots of other positive adjectives. Time was taken to explain and demonstrate the procedure and live colour images of the ear canal were available if you like that sort of thing. I would give them six stars but only five are available. A model of how to provide a quality service and interact with a customer. Obviously there was a cost for this service and it wasn't cheap but I do feel it was good value. My wifes' hearing is restored and that's priceless. Thanks to the team at Canterbury.

Wonderful so attentive, not at all pushy, sent all information as promised next day. Still thinking about wearing aids and if I decide for it, this is the place to go.
