    Very mixed feelings about this place. First of all I’ll say that I love my food and coffee, and when I go out and pay for food, I expect to get something at least as good (preferably better) than what I eat at home. This was not the case at this coffee shop. The food was worse than average and the coffee was very poor- which is a real shame, as they have a lovely machine and a decent grinder, they just don’t know how to use them. But the surroundings- well wow, this is really something spectacular. You can eat your meal in the most gorgeous greenhouse right in the middle of Heaton park, surrounded by beauty everywhere you look. This is the only saving Grace and the only reason I’ve not given one star. For such a gorgeous setting, it really is a shame that the food and drink is so basic. It doesn’t make any sense in my mind, as this set and setting is deserving of high quality fare. Price wise, you do get what you pay for. This was very cheap food reflective of the cheap quality, but if you are on a budget, then this might be the place for you. The owners could benefit with taking a look around the Prestwich and whitefield food scene, and taking advantage of the incredible potential of the site.
