My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed the Women's self defence classes we attended which were run by Jason.We learnt so much in the 4 sessions but it was also fun. Plenty of practice with the techiniques which were reinforced on the next session as a recap. I'd thoroughly recommend this cousre if you are thinking about it.
