    I love the Hicks and Hides products but sadly they refused to help in anyway when a birthday gift was lost by Royal Mail before Christmas. I had spoken to Royal Mail more than once and each time they made it clear that Hicks and Hides had to address the issue directly, which it states clearly on the website and they refused, now the situation is being ignored.
