It’s not often I will leave a review but the service was excellent. It was so nice as a manager in hospitality to be greeted with such a happy smile from who I presume was the manager at the door a (tall man with glasses) followed by attentive service from our server Owen. The whole team were excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great evening we will be visiting again soon.

Brilliant place to visit the staff are all super friendly , welcoming and give out free popcorn for the children , and there is also a little cinema room where you can watch movies when waiting for food . Our waitress was so kind she gave us little bags to take home for our kids with popcorn and candyfloss, will be visiting again !

This was the first time we've been to a Hickory's Smokehouse and we've already booked to go again next week. The staff were absolutely fantastic, every person was so polite and helpful and seemed happy to be there. As a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical but it was for my dad's 70th birthday and he wanted to try somewhere new, but wow was I surprised, the vegetarian burger was the best I've eaten and the portions were huge, to the point that the 8 of us were constantly trying each others food. Some had steak which was apparently excellent and had not a bit of fat on it and a couple had the seabass which was cooked to perfection. For dessert toasting your own marshmallows was a great fun treat and the kids loved it too. There's a little cinema room for the kids so they've got something to entertain themselves with while the adults are chatting and a lovely outdoor area. It's not the cheapest place to eat but worth every penny. So much so we've booked to go back next week for another birthday meal. On that note, I was trying to pay our deposit for next week online and had a problem logging in, I phoned them to check, the girl that answered sorted it straight away, not their mistake either, but she was so polite and friendly and at just before 9pm at night it was lovely to hear her still so happy and helpful. Well done to all there x
