I came here with my family and ordered about £35 worth of wraps and chips. We were given no sauce. When I asked for some, the man gave one pot of garlic sauce and one pot of chilli. Don’t expect any service from these guys

My first and definitely last visit. My partner suggested this place as he knows I enjoy Lebanese food. Inside is nice and cosy, with some nice art. Unfortunately only 1 star is deserved but I giving 2. 1 star for the lemonade and mint juice as that was really nice and refreshing. 1 for everything else. Right where do I start: Starters were ok nothing special, A* for presentation. As for the mains well well I ordered mixed grill all the meats were overcooked, chicken dry, lamb tough and dry so disappointing. Chips tasted like reheated chips utterly disgusting, my partner got a lamb shawarma with chips his lamb was nice but again the chips were a disaster. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE….worst service I’ve received in a very long time. Waiter’s face was as if I was dining with her partner, she kept giving me dirty looks, she made me feel very uncomfortable. She took my starter before I could even finish, stating she needed to make space. Not once did she check if we needed anything for example more drinks. The whole time she avoided our table, she spent time gossiping with the other waiter. When she noticed that we stopped eating she then came over and said she’s going to get the bill. Never in my life of dining has that ever been said that, no question of desserts wow. I’m a dessert kind of woman, I always make space!!! When the bill came I told her to remove service charge ain't no way I was going to let my man pay that for such a service!!! Her response was the charge is for the restaurant not her which indicates to me she knew her service was bad and she knew what she was doing. Overall the experience felt as if we weren’t welcome there so we definitely won’t be coming back!!
