I was looking forward to working with Brad for several months. When I was ready to schedule i had an extremely hard time reaching him. I really wanted to work with him as his work is Amazing in my opinion. About two weeks after messaging him on IG I googled him to find a phone number or email. I called him and got no answer and then he text me right back. He apologize for it being so hard for me to reach him. Brad began telling me the booking process. I made him aware that this was my first time ever doing a promotional video for my business. I also told him I am new to the country and really was unfamiliar with any locations. I assume that Brad would let me know everything I needed to do to have a successful shoot. Brad asked me to write up a plan of action which I did. He told me a 50% deposit is required before hand. I tried to arrange a way to pay him but again it was hard to get in contact with him. After a week passes by I became a little worried thinking I haven’t paid a deposit we haven’t had a talk to really discuss my vision. I contacted him again. He told me I was definitely booked (even thou no deposit was paid) and that he responded to the email which I never got. He told me he would re-email it to me And that we’re all set for October 30th. On Oct 26th I still had not received the email and had not had one conversation over the phone to discuss my shoot. I called him and got no answer but received another text message. Brad apologize for his delay in getting back to me. I told him I wanted to confirm a time for the shoot because we still have not confirmed anything. I asked him could we meet at 9 AM I told him a location that I came across and his response was I assume you have Permission to film there. I told him no and that I have been trying to talk to him for several weeks to help guide me through this process. At that point I knew that my shoot was not going to be successful. Today is November 6th and I have not got a response from him since. I was referred to Brad through one of his clients. I hate to leave negative reviews for small business owners because I’m also am a small business owner and I know how hard we work. But the level of unprofessionalism was beyond me for somebody that has such amazing work. I was not able to shoot a black Friday promo video due to this. I am devastated because this was going to be my very first professional promo video. I’ve gone back-and-forth with myself over the days wanting to leave a review but not wanting to. But I feel it’s best that people know the type of experience they may possibly have working with Brad and his company.
