Came onto our property on a Saturday without permission and chopped our tree down citing they had been given permission due to Ash die back... found out this was not true. Very aggressive behaviour which I found very intimidating. I later tried to speak to someone about what had happened ... spoke to very helpful reception staff who told they would get the manager to contact me but they never did. I have terrible anxiety and this incident set me back.

I would not recommend using this business. I contracted them to remove dangerous trees from my property instead the individual I dealt with, Seth White went behind our back and applied to the local authority for a TPO because, I'm told, 'he liked the look of the tree'. In my opinion he acted outside of his contract with us in a completely unprofessional manner. Be warned don't use them.
