Bought a replacement part at the beginning of December. Still hasn’t arrived and my subsequent emails have gone completely ignored. It was £15 so not the end of the world but it’s the principle. I would avoid as much as you can. Doesn’t seem that they can be a55ed with anyone. I have screenshots of the ignorance for anyone that wants them. EDIT This has been resolved. They did send the part. And I guess this is a one off but it’s the only item I have ever bought from them.
