    Booked a last minute trip to the spa. They don't usually let non residents in but I'm so happy they did. We had the whole spa to ourselves. The staff were great, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant too.

    This was a birthday gift and my first time at a spa hotel. I absolutely loved it despite some little hiccups. Staff are just amazing, extremely friendly and very professional. High customer service standards. Food was amazing, me and my partner couldn't fault. We both really enjoyed the breakfast, there are lots of options available. Our room was a little small, the paint looked like it had started to peel on one wall, our key didn't work the first time so Carmen came to help us new key was supplied. Bed was extremely comfortable, pillows were amazing. Room service came each day made the bed, emptied the bed amd supplied fresh water. The basic was supplied tea and coffee, my partner ask for milk and green tea and this was supplied. The only reason I am giving the review a four stars is there was no availability to book spa treatments. Me and my partner wanted to experience a couples massage and there was no spaces available on our whole stay. We did want other treatments but only one of us could have one facial early in the morning. This was very disappointing. We still used the spa facilities but these also had to be booked. I would go back with advance booking of treatments available.

    Rooms: Beautiful and clean rooms and nice bathroom, lovely restaurant and bar and lovely pool and pool area. Pool was approx 8ft long and maybe 6ft width. Nearby activities: Tenby Town center Tenby zoo Beaches Crabbing, sailing and knoeing Snorkeling groups in the summer Food & drinks: Amazing food in the restaurant. Starting prices from abt 20 quid. There's also a bar with an AMAZING selection of cocktails and mocktails.

    My stay was a 70th birthday surprise and it far outweighed my expectations. The room was comfortable and including a celebration package was beautifully presented. I also had the reflexology treatment in the Spa which included an extended facial reflexology. It was so relaxing. I used the facilities eg swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi. The food in the hotel was exceptional and breakfast menu had something for all ages and tastes. The staff were so helpful and caring and nothing was too much trouble. The WiFi did drop frequently but other than that the hotel was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience over 3 days Close to amenities, restaurants and stunning Tenby seafront, which I love. Thank you.

The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble.The interior is stylish,the quality bed assists a great night's rest.The spa treatments are exemplary with a first class therapist Tracy who's top class skills were evident Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff for delicious meals and service .Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

    On arrival staff very friendly, room very clean and had everything you need. The bedside lighting switches could of been placed a bit better, as you got to get out of bed to turn on and off. Well in room 204 you have. Restaurant was amazing, food pricey £32 for steak but stunning. Had other food each day and again amazing. The Prawn were to die for. The hot tub outside needs hand rails, ourselves and other people found getting in and out a bit sketchy!! The pool area was very clean and inviting, the dark chill out room was a bit to cold for me mind, and the other thing was that the Sauna wasn't that hot and keeped turning off? The bar very relaxing, and the staff were very accommodating to everyone's needs, always asking if i needed anything or if i need a fresh drink. Hotel its self 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk from town Myself and wife had treatment i had hot stone Massage and wife had a cancer Reflexology treatment. Which is given to the clients needs so my differ. We can't wait for the next visit.
